Academic Research - In house Ongoing Projects:

To compare the incidence of raised intraocular pressure after uncomplicated vitreoretinal surgeries.

To evaluate the correlation between outer retinal layer thickness, central subfoveal thickness and disorganization of inner retinal layers to Best corrected visual acuity in Diabetic Macular Oedema.

To evaluate the anatomical and functional outcomes in patients with macular edema due to branch retinal vein occlusion with intravitreal ranibizumab, aflibercept and dexamethasone.

Comparison of the water drinking test and modified Diurnal Tension Curve results in primary open angle glaucoma patients on Latanoprost and Bimatoprost.

Clinical Research

We are the centre for clinical trials being conducted on indications such as uveitis, pathologic myopia, age-related macular degeneration and glaucoma.
